Background
Dr. Mark Knoefel was born in St. Bruno, Quebec, a suburb of Montreal. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from McGill University in 1995. The year 1996 saw him moving to Edmonton to obtain his Master of Science degree in Orthodontics at the University of Alberta, which he completed in the spring of 1999. His vision for Oasis Orthodontics is to provide the safest, most effective and efficient orthodontic treatment available today.

Dr. Navi Bharj completed his Bachelor of Science at the University of Manitoba, graduating with Distinction. He went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Alberta in 2019, receiving numerous awards for leadership, academic excellence, and service to the profession and community, including the BDC Dental Centennial Leadership Award and the Edmonton District Dental Society Scholarship.
